WHAT TYPES OF PRACTICES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ACQUISITIONS? 

Premier Care Dental Management partners with fee-for-service/PPO general dentistry, specialty, and boutique practices that offer high-quality dentistry. We collaborate with practice owners who want to focus on patient care instead of the administration of the practice.

WHAT MAKES PREMIER CARE DENTAL MANAGEMENT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER DSOs?

Premier Care Dental Management is owned, financed, and operated by dentists. Our Chief Dental Officers were individual practice owners before they joined the PCDM family, so they have firsthand experience with choosing a transition partner and the process that follows.

HOW WILL MY PRACTICE BE VALUED?

Premier Care Dental Management has partnered with a wide variety of practices and understands that each opportunity has distinctive qualities that must be taken into consideration. Our team takes a holistic and comprehensive approach to practice valuation and gives thought to factors such as location, patient base, practice size, rent, and staff compensation.

HOW LONG DOES THE ENTIRE TRANSITION PROCESS TAKE?

Once the agreements are signed, we expect to close and send payment within 30 days. You’ll receive full value for your practice’s equity at closing while also securing a competitive compensation package to earn future income.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT OF THE ACQUISITIONS PROCESS?

We know you’re busy running your practice and we try to keep our information requests to only that which is absolutely necessary. Our clinical and operations teams work in unison and have extensive experience making the transition process as transparent as possible. We will work with your office to ensure a seamless, step-by-step on-boarding process so you can continue to treat patients without disruption.

WILL MY STAFF REMAIN EMPLOYED AT THE OFFICE AFTER THE TRANSITION?

We generally welcome all staff to join the Premier Care Dental Management family. We want you to keep your current practice identity and maintain the legacy that you’ve worked so hard to build.

WILL MY CLINICAL PROCESSES CHANGE?

We believe in leaving the dentists in charge of treatment planning and clinical decisions, so we do not interfere with your clinical processes. You will have access to a peer-reviewed “Consultation Review Board” designed to provide best-care outcomes and best-in-class continuing education so you and your staff can stay current on the latest in dentistry.

CAN I SPEAK WITH PRACTICE OWNERS WHO HAVE GONE THROUGH THE SAME ACQUISITION PROCESS WITH PREMIER CARE DENTAL MANAGEMENT?

Of course! We will share the names and contact information of several dentists who have gone through the transition process with Premier Care Dental Management.

WHAT SORT OF BENEFITS CAN I EXPECT AFTER TRANSITIONING?

While each case is unique, Premier Care Dental Management offers a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits and 401(k) matching. We also offer continuing education exclusively to our Premier Care Dental Management affiliated doctors. You’ll have access to business resources including operations, marketing support, insurance negotiations, financial management, HR/recruitment, IT support, and more — we take care of it all.
